Registration

If you are a family applying to attend Maconaquah School Corporation this school year, and are not an out-of-district family, please follow the steps under Getting Started below. If you are an out-of-district family please see the Out-of-District Families section first!

For families looking to enroll a student/students for next school year, registration will open July 6, 2026. Resident families may begin the application process at that time. Out-of-district families may begin the application process if their Out-of-District application has been approved*.

If you are interested in enrolling your student at Pipe Creek Elementary for pre-school contact Angela Johnson at [email protected] with any questions/concerns about PK registration. 

Thank you for your interest in joining the Brave family! An Out-of-District student is defined as any student whose family resides outside of our established district boundary lines.

 

Before beginning the standard registration process, you must submit an Out-of-District Application for each individual student that you'd like to attend Maconaquah. As part of our review, we require a few school records to be uploaded—specifically discipline and attendance history—from the student’s previous school. (Note: If the student has finished the year at Maconaquah, we will verify these records internally but still request they be submitted)

 

 

To be considered for transfer, the student must meet the following guidelines:

• The student has not been suspended or expelled for more than 10 school days in the 12 months preceding the request for transfer.
• The student was not suspended or expelled for possessing a firearm, deadly weapon, or destructive device in the preceding 12 months. 
• The student was not suspended or expelled for causing physical injury to a student, school employee, or visitor to the school.
• The student does not have a history of unexcused absences.
• The student is not transferring for athletic reasons.

For families registering returning student(s), please log in to your existing Skyward Family Access Account. Once you have signed in click on the "Open Family Access" button. On the home screen you will see along the top an option to complete registration for you student(s) when that becomes available. For families registering NEW students as a brand new Maconaquah student, Get Started. You will enter your personal information, then click submit. You will receive an email with a link to start the enrollment form. If you need assistance with this process you can follow our New Student Application Help document.

 

For families registering new students of CURRENT Maconaquah families, please log in to your existing Skyward Family Access Account. Once signed in, click the arrow next to the Home icon, then New Student Enrollment. On the home screen, click the New Student Online Form to get started. 

 

For families registering RETURNING students who have attended Maconaquah in the past (your student did not finish the most recent school year with Maconaquah), you will need to fill out a New Student Online Enrollment application: Get Started. You will enter your personal inforamtion, then click submit. You will receive an email with a link to start the enrollment form.

 

*Please note: If you receive an error message stating you already have an account, please call (765) 689-9131 ext. 5999 with your name and email address you'd like to use to reset your previous account.

If you have a student who is currently enrolled or was previously enrolled but you cannot sign into your Skyward Family Access account, go to the Maconaquah Skyward hompage, then click "Forgot your Username or Password?" link below the sign in button. This will submit a request for your password to be reset, and Skyward will send you a link to change your password.

 

If you are still unable to access using this method, please contact technical support at (765) 689-9131 ext. 5999, for assistance in reseting this information. 

If you need access to a computer to complete registration, in-person registration will be available at Maconaquah Middle School in the front office from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM Monday - Friday beginning July 20, 2026, no matter what school your student will attend. 

Once you submit the application, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know the application has been received. Once we receive all necessary materials, we will review the student's application. If your application is denied, you will be notified of the denial and steps that may need to be fixed.
